WAIVER OF LIABILITY In consideration of the BOO-B-QUE Competition Committee accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against Travis Moore, Greg Hastie, Corey Linton, BOOBQUE FOUNDATION INC, American Fire BBQ & Grilling Supply, their family, representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me or any member of my Team at this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the above and/or agents authorized by them, to use any images, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The Kansas City Barbeque Society and those set forth by the BOO-B-QUE Competition Committee.
